First make sure javascript and cookies are enabled. Option Internet Explorer. From the main menu click Tools->Internet Options. Choose the Security tab click the Default Level button and then drag the slider to the bottom. This will turn off the security. Email Quota Limit
Email accounts are initially setup with 10MB of disk space. When the email account reaches 10MB of space, the account has reached it's limit and can no longer receive more email until either the account quota is increased or the email is deleted off the server.
For most people, 10MB quota is more than enough. Most email client applications download email and then delete it off the server. However some email client apps leave email on the server for X days. For these users they often reach the quota limit.
To change an email account's quota limit from the main menu click "Mail Menu"->"Add / Remove Accounts" and then click on .
