First make sure javascript and cookies are enabled. Option Internet Explorer. From the main menu click Tools->Internet Options. Choose the Security tab click the Default Level button and then drag the slider to the bottom. This will turn off the security. If you are using Internet Explorer 6 then choose the privacy tab and slide the allow cookies bar to the bottom and click OK. Type in to the browser: [yourdomainname]/cpanel (e.g. www.webhostinginjapan.com/cpanel). You'll be prompted for login and password after which you'll be logged into the cpanel. CPanel is the "control panel" to administer your web site.
WebMail
For people that are sometimes out of the office, in coffee shops, or Internet cafes, Webmail is the best way to access your email accounts. From the Main Screen of the CPanel, dead center, is the CPanel Email Features section. To open webmail click "Read Webmail". There are two versions of webmail "Neomail" and "Horde". Both Neomail and Horde don't support Japanese. Neomail is a very simple webmail application where once you have set the preferences they can't be changed. So for those who only use one email account then Neomail might be right for you.

Horde, on the other hand, has great multi (email account) user support. Switching between email accounts is as easy as logging out and then logging back in again. When logging in remember to type in the full email address and choose language: English (U.S.). You'll then be able to read English emails online.

Horde webmail has all the features you'd except in an email client. Filtering, blacklisting, purging Trash bin, Folders, and some extras like Address book, calander, tasks, and memos. Not to mention the sexiest interfacewe've every seen for an email client.
